Ruggier For ARC At Gold Coast Indy

Former karter Justin Ruggier will join the Aussie Racing Car field at the Gold Coast Indy 300 event. "I have obtained enough sponsorship to compete in the Nikon Indy 300 next week and the car has finally got branded" Ruggier informed KartSportNews.

Ruggier has enjoyed major support from BRM's Steve Pettaras. " I still have a great relationship with Steve as he motivates me a lot and as been a great mentor."

Ruggier won the Williams RBS Challenge in Valencia, Spain, late last year and then won another simulator challenge with the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes F1 team. He and his wife went to England in July 2008 and visited the McLaren Technology centre in Woking (see pic) as well the Silverstone F1 GP.
