Sammy's Superkart GP

NSW's Sam Zavaglia won the 2008 Australian Superkart Grand Prix at Mallala on Sunday. The Stockman-Yamaha driver took victory in the 12 lap final ahead of locals Yianni Harpas (Zip-BRC) and and Brett Purdie (Zip-Yamaha).

In the Non-Gearbox Rotax class, Ralf Rupprecht (Viper) won the Lights ahead of Dean Crooke (Hyper) and National Champ Michael Rogers (Arrow). Matthew Bryant (Monaco) won Heavies ahead of Ian Williams (Arrow) and Ron Goldfinch (Viper).
