MOJO W2 Tyre Now Approved

At the AKA National Karting Conference last weekend the MOJO W2 tyre was been approved for use in the Rotax and Junior Rotax classes.

This tyre is an exceptional wet weather tyre that has been used in Europe for some time. The tyre was used for the first time at the 2008 Rotax Max Challenge World Finals at La Conca in Italy.

An implementation date of 1st May 2009 has been set by the AKA.

A phase out period for the Dunlop tyres exists. These tyres will remain eligible for use in Rotax classes until the end of July 2009.

The MOJO W2 has an RRP price of $300 per set and they are available from local IKD stockists now.
