Getting Fit For Karting

The karting1.co.uk website has published a multi-part series of articles relating to fitness and karting.

The articles detail numerous exercises to train and condition the lower back, shoulders, upper back, chest and forearms for kart racing purposes. The training will improve fitness and strength whilst, importantly, not producing big, heavy inefficient muscles. As we know, bulk = weight, and extra weight = slower lap time.
