In this issue:

Dear customer,

Bas van RensWe are happy to send you our update on market and company developments.

Despite the economic down turn we have seen a growth of our business. I would like to thank you for your trust in our company. We are a financially sound business and we believe that this is the time for us to invest in our existing products and new technologies.

Last month, we released the latest Orbits timing software version, making timekeeping even more simple, accurate and reliable. Earlier this year, we saw the formal release of our TnetX 2G version that brings race information on board, available to the driver, in real-time. Needless to say, this product greatly enhances the experience of drivers. We are looking at many other areas to also enhance spectator engagement and even security, which will further develop our offering.

We believe that investing in our solutions when economic times are tough is a smart strategy. The new solutions that we will bring to market will help you benefit quickly from the expected upturn in the economy and will enable you to serve your customers even better.

We would like to share the news on a cycling race timed by our new Polish customer Poltiming and on the expansion of timing equipment at Morgan Park Raceway, Australia.

We wish you good and accurate times!

Kind regards,
Bas van Rens
