amsf fitness campRegistrations are now open for the second Australian Motor Sport Foundation (AMSF) fitness camp to be held at Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast on 17 – 18 October 2009.

Following the successful camp in July, the AMSF is pleased to offer this unique opportunity to talented young drivers looking to gain the physical and mental edge for the 2010 season and beyond. Run and managed by Phil Young and the team from GP Human Performance, participants will learn how elite drivers ensure they are physically prepared to perform at their peak – one of the most important aspects of success.

The camp will be held at the Sports Super Centre, Runaway Bay, on the Gold Coast. The Runaway Bay venue is a recognised world class facility for the coaching, training and testing of athletes in a fully serviced "live in" environment.

The cost of the camp is $1,795 (incl. GST) which includes two nights’ accommodation, airport transfers, apparel, learning materials and all meal expenses. Participants will stay on-site at the Sports Super Centre and will be accompanied by a Camp Coordinator.
