Rotax Power Valve Bellow Fitting Tool

Rotax has released a new tool for fitting the spring to the power valve bellows (you know the one - it keeps slipping off the back before flying across the room...) and Stable Karting has supplies ready to ship across the country.

Fitting of the sping can be a difficult process, but this 2-piece tool makes the job much easier.

Step 1 - Push the spring over the bottom black part of the tool.

Step 2 - Place the red part of the tool over the spring such that the fingers of the red part line up with the guides in the black part of the tool.

Step 3 - Push the red part of the tool down until the spring snaps into the recess on the black part of the tool.

Step 4 - Assemble the power valve bellows and piston.

Step 5 - Insert the piston into the hole in the bottom of the black part of the tool.

Step 6 - Place the fingers of the red part of the tool into the black part until it touches the spring, that is still in the recessed portion of the black part of the tool. Press the red part of the tool down until the spring snaps into place on the bellows.
