Butcher Back To USA in 2010

Holbrook karter Bronson Bronson moves into the senior karting ranks this year and will take to the track in the Rotax Light class. He will also spend time in the USA racing Legends cars.

Holbrook (Australia) driver Bronson Butcher will be returning to the USA as soon as March to race Legend cars at the Las Vegas "Bullring" and Toyota Speedway, Irwindale, Los Angeles. "We got the schedules a couple of weeks ago" the 16 year old said "and after discussions with the Spencer Clark Driven Team, decided there was a number of benefits in getting there for the start of the season. We can take adavantage of the practice days at the tracks, and if we can raise the sponsorship, there may be opportunities to return for a couple of major events later in the year."

One such event is the Million dollar Legend car race at Charlotte in July. Based on 800 entries, the winner of the 'A' main final will receive $250,000 and last over the line would be guarenteed $10,000. Being an off weekend in NASCAR, some of the NASCAR drivers are expected to participate. Studying year 11 at Trinity College, Albury, Australia, Bronson is also hopeful of returning to the Bullring late in the year for a major race where he would step up to a 'late model' race car.

The first  trip for 2010 would see Bronson race 7 events at Las Vegas and 2 in LA, over a 7 week period, and people will be able to track the teams preparations and progress through the new website www.bronsonbutcher.com and also twitter www.twitter.com/bronsonbutcher
