Australia's Qualified Drivers For The 2010 Rotax World Final
IKD has announced the nine Australian drivers who have been invited to compete at the 2010 Rotax Max Challenge World Final in La Conca, Italy, later this year. They are:
- Junior Rotax - Jonathan Venter, Pierce Lehane
- DD2 - David Whitmore, Damian Ward, Jason Pringle
- Rotax Max - David Sera, Kyle Ensby, Steven Scoble
- DD2 Masters - Tony Prendergast
(NOTE: Based on the results of the National Rotax rankings, Damian Ward & David Whitmore have qualified for two categories. Under the BRP Rotax Max Challenge World Final rules, they can only compete in one class at the event and DD2 is stipulated as the priority category, hence Kyle Ensby’s invitation to drive in the Rotax Max category.)
These drivers have until Friday 17th September 2010 to confirm their attendance. If any driver decides not to accept their invitation, second round offers will be made after this date.
