The IAME REEDSTER2 engine is fast and reliable for the entire weekend of racing on the Street Circuit in Montecarlo and wins the Monaco Kart Cup 2010 for the KF3 category.
There are 3 versions of this engine: KF3, KF2 and SKF. The differences lie in the volume of the combustion chamber, the carburettor, the exhaust system, the presence of a power valve and a limiter: that is set slashing from 14.000 rpm for the KF3 to 16.000 rpm for SKF.
The technical new versus the previous homologation regarding the cooling system, the power valve and the crankcase with horizontal reed valve group. These innovations have allowed great performance especially at low RPMs, producing a wider power curve, and therefore better power and ease of use.
