Asia-Pacific KF3 Championship

The CIK-FIA Asia-Pacific KF3 Championship initially scheduled for 10 October has been postponed to 9-12 December 2010 (CIK info HERE).

The meeting will take place on the Coloane circuit at Macau. After the events of 2009, the circuit has been satisfactorily resurfaced, as shown by an event of the Asian Zone organised last July.

Drivers wishing to take part in this prestigious event, where they can aim to add an official CIK-FIA title to their lists of results (the latest winners of this Championship are Carlos Sainz Jr in 2008 and Jordan King in 2009) are invited to enter on-line via www.cikfia.com

The Organiser of the event offers the following conditions to Drivers entered in KF3:

a) one twin room each at the Pousada Marina Infante for 5 nights including food;
b) local (Macau) freight forwarding and customs clearance;
c) local transport to and from the Karting circuit from Thursday to Sunday;
d) placing of tents in the Paddock at the participants’ disposal.

Additionally, it must be remembered that the Dunlop tyres prescribed for this event further to the invitation to tender issued by the FIA for the designation of a single Supplier will, as for all the races held this season in Europe, be supplied free of charge to all the participants (free racing tyres, and tyres for non-qualifying practice at the price of 148 euros/set).

Drivers and Teams who want to have extra information on the event can contact Mr Patrick Castro, of the Organising Committee, at the following e-mail address: aamc@macau.ctm.net.

The programme of the meeting will also include an invitation race for Super KF Drivers and the final round of the Asian Zone Open Championship (AKOC).
