Pro Series For South Australia
South Australian karters will have a four-round 'Pro Series' to compete in next year. The SA Pro Series will cater for the higher performance classes of Junior Rotax, Rotax Light, Rotax Heavy, Leopard Light, Leopard Heavy and KZ2/Gearbox.
"For any competitors wishing to race at the South Australian round of the CIK Series in KZ2, then Sunday the 6th of February offers a great opportunity to prepare for the event" Craig Denton informed KartSportNews.
The schedule for the four rounds is;
- Rnd 1 (Feb 6) Southern
- Rnd 2 (Jun 5) Monarto
- Rnd 3 (Jul 10) Southern
- Rnd 4 (Nov 6) Monarto
The race format will be 1 x 5 minute qualifying session, 2 x 10 lap heats and 2 x equal distance Finals of 15 Laps.
Series prizes will be awarded at the annual AKASA Presentation Dinner.
