CIK Opener To Stay At Ipswich

The opening round of the 2011 CIK Stars of Karting Series at Ipswich will go ahead on the original scheduled date of February 25-27.

The AKA's International Karting Committee made the decision after consultation with the Ipswich Mayor and his Councillors, the Ipswich Chamber of Commerce, accommodation houses in the region, the local media, a number of local businesses and some residents in the region.

An official announcement is expected shortly.
