Another Champion Brock?

press release

A future motor racing champion with a famous name is emerging from the quiet town of Bunbury in Western Australia. Brock Kenny, at only 10 years old, is already travelling across Australia in his quest to become a motor sport champion, like his namesake Peter Brock.

He finished 2010 with a brilliant drive in the South Australian State Titles where he qualified on pole position and finished a fighting third in his City Subaru sponsored Italian made Tony Kart.

Brock is destined for bigger things and has the backup to ensure his success. Three times national champion Kip Foster from Kartforce not only builds Brocks engines but travelled to South Australia with him to work as his pit crew and mentor. Brocks parents, Mick and Raylene, recently sold their bakery so they could concentrate on their kart shop, Revenge Karts, and spend time travelling to race meetings with Brock in their custom made transporter.

As well as being a talented young driver, Brock’s passion and enthusiasm see him being a well known identity around the WA kart clubs where is always asking questions and finding out what all the senior more experienced drivers are doing.

Keep your eyes open for this young dynamo as the Brock name might once again rule the mountain at Bathurst in years to come.
