Karting Team Goes 2-Wheel Racing

Harrington Doyle Racing has been fielding drivers in various classes of karting for several years now. The team is now branching out to motorcycle racing with the announcement of sponsorship for five-year-old Joshua Beetham.

joshua beetham motoJoshua has been burning up the tracks on his Suzuki JR50 in recent months and has recently achieved all of his competition licenses for Dirt Flat Track races and also Speedway racing.

The youngster has gained plenty of attention via his YouTube videos and Dad Robbie's regular posts on the Beetham Motorsport Facebook page.

"Given our close bond with the Beetham family and having watched Josh take to his bike like a duck to water, it was such a simple decision to offer him a HDR Team sponsorship arrangement" HDR Team Manager Craig Doyle said.

"With our Team Partners at Link International (Australian Distributors for Motul, BMC Air Filter & RK Chains) having such a strong Motorcycle product range and the obvious synergy also with our INOX Partnership, Josh is also another way for HDR to expand the reach and frequency opportunities for them in a related and relevant core market.

"As Robbie has been a key team member of HDR Karting and has helped me on the commercial side of things, I know that the HDR and Team Partner brands will be exceptionally well represented in the Motorcycle side of our operations.

"We are truly excited to be part of Josh's racing and look forward to spreading our wings in to Moto 2 wheeled racing."
