The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience in managing and growing a sales team. We require an enthusiastic person with strong leadership skills, sales techniques and sound marketing expertise.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Introduce innovative sales techniques
- Initiate new sales and marketing strategies
- Create new systems and processes within the sales and marketing department
- Marketing
- Analyse and define business trends
- Conduct market research
- Sales training and coaching of staff
- Ensure achievement of strategies
- Meeting KPI’s and company objectives
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain and improve relationships within existing dealer network
The successful candidate will possess the following skills & attributes:
- Proven management experience
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Strong Industry knowledge
- Experience within the automotive industry is advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Business/Sales is highly preferred
- This position requires some interstate and overseas travel
