Victorian Superkart Clubs Series, Round 6
The 6th round of the Victorian Superkart Club's series was run at Calder Park on Saturday, August 6.
The meeting featured an all-in 2-hour team relay for the senior classes. This required each driver in the team to complete a minimum of 20 laps over the two hour period.
The juniors competed over 4 heats as per previous round.
250 National: 1st - Jason Shilton, Brett Campbell & Matt Palmer (Team STR Racing)
125 Gearbox: 1 Gary Haywood & Robert Xerri, 2 Rodd Conn & Rob Millar, 3 Lee Filliponi & Rolf Greve
Rotax NGB: 1 Bobby Jane & Rod Clarke (Trimworld Racing), 2 Russ Occhipinti & Steve Milner (Ace Karts), 3 Tom Cooper & Leigh Grant
Junior MAX competed as usual in their Championship (Round 2) over four heats.
