Superkarts Secure Funding For Nationals TV Coverage

SKA is pleased to announce it has secured sponsorship in the form of direct funding to bring Television coverage of the Phillip Island Round Finale.
Qld metal fabricators ROCKPRESS will partner SUPERKARTS AUSTRALIA as the major contributors. The balance of funding has been graciously sponsored by STR Truck Bodies’ Matt Palmer, ZIP BDH’s Dave and Barb Hepworth, and the Queensland Superkart Club.
On behalf of the members and competitors, SKA sincerely thanks the TV funding partners for their support and generosity in backing the sport and making possible such prominent mainstream promotion of Superkarting. The recognised difficulty has been securing such funding in a very tight economic climate. However, the importance of promoting the finest superkart racing via the popular media to a mass audience makes such efforts necessary.
The Phillip Island Superkart Championship Round 2 will be televised in a 30min segment to be aired on SBS Speedweek, Fox Speed Channel, and live internet streaming via ITV with repeat telecasts.
