Club Raises $16,000 For National Breast Cancer Foundation
TweetThe Combined Districts Kart Club presented a cheque for $16,000 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Wednesday. Over the past six years, the club has raised over $100,000 for the cause.
"We are so impressed with the amazing contribution that Combined District Go Karts has provided to NBCF over the years" NBCF Sports Fundraising Program Manager, Lydia Nicholson, stated.
"We have been able to fund so much more breast cancer research thanks to your dedicated support."
The club was also thankful for the efforts of members and those who support their fundraising events.
"A great effort and well done to everybody who contributes, in particular all the girls whom support the Ladies Only race meeting annually. We look forward to our race meeting for the girls in January next year at Lithgow City Kart Raceway. A great promotion of Karting in general."
