Karting News Briefs

Today's bits 'n' pieces:

  • Sydney teenager Jacob Parsons finished as the best placed Australian during Round Two of the CIK-FIA Under 18 World Karting Championship in Angerville, France at the weekend. Parsons finished 13th (out of 71). Joseph Mawson was 17th after starting off the back (pre-final exclusion), while James Abela grabbed 7th in the B-Final in the Academy class.   • The 3rd round of the Vic All Star series is at GKCV's Todd Road circuit this weekend. "It's a huge week coming up with the Rotax Nationals. We will be taking entries at the club on the Friday afternoon and Saturday morning if they haven't already entered via CMS" the club advised KartSportNews.

  • Victorian junior karter Thomas Randle was impressive during his debut in the English Super One Series at the Three Sisters circuit near Lancashire on the weekend. Unfortunately, the final result didn't reflect his competitiveness. Further information HERE.
