  • Braydon North will make his debut aboard a Dino chassis at this weekend's Junior Sprint Classic at Puckapunyal. Dino Kart Australia's Nathan Fletcher was impressed by North's win at the recent City of Melbourne Titles and has offered him a run in their Junior Clubman chassis. Jordon Caruso will also be running a Dino in the Rookie class.


  • Entries close tomorrow (Friday the 7th) for the Queensland Closed State Titles at Bundaberg on September 22-23. "A good number of entries have been coming in this week, so it's shaping up to be a great meeting" KartSportNews was advised.   • Alex Zanardi's Olympic campaign has started in the best possible way with Gold in the H4 handcycling time trial that was run at the Brands Hatch circuit yesterday. More about the feat HERE. Zanardi was a top level karter who competed in Australia several times, winning the famous Castrol Kart Prix at Oran Park in the mid 80s.

  • Entry closes last mail this weekend for the Shire of Wagin WA State Dirt Kart Title (AIDKA) at the Great Southern Club on September 29 to October 1st. Current nomination list can be found HERE.

  • The Ringwood Kart Centre shop will not be open Friday the 7th of September due to attending Puckapunyal for the Junior Sprint Classic. RKC will be selling many spare parts out of the truck at the track. Any inquiries tomorrow, call Adrian on 0400 792 429, or Ian on 0419 882 132.

  • KRN will broadcast live over the internet, the 2012 Rotax Max Challenge Pan-American Championships from 'The Track at Centennial' in Englewood, Colorado on September 22- 23. The international event is one of the last chances for Americans to qualify for the Rotax World Finals. The telecast will be able to be viewed HERE.

  • Promo clip for the 2013 SA Dirt Kart Titles, to be held by Loxton kart Club in May.
