• Victorian James Golding will suit up with the Formula K Australia team at the final round of the CIK Stars of Karting series in Melbourne next week. Golding will race the Italian chassis in the junior KF3 class. The team will also field Formula K regular Lee Mitchener in KZ2.

• Canberra Kart Racing Club held their annual elections on Tuesday night. Positions for the next term are: Chief Executive Officer - Bruce Otter, Executive Officer - Robert Rosin, Race Director - Drew Ward, Member Liaison  - Kylie Otter, Secretary - Ian Watt, Finance - Alfred Fripp, Promotions  Tony Prendergast.
  
  
• The Shane McPhee Memorial meeting at Cobden is GOING AHEAD this weekend, regardless of numbers. The canteen will  provide Saturday night meals with full bar facilities, and camping is welcomed.
