  • Minutes from the AKA's October NKC meeting are now on the AKA website. Click HERE to read the PDF. A summary of the key outcomes from the meeting was published on October 29 HERE.

  • A number of Australians will be competing at the SKUSA SuperNationals in Las Vegas on November 14-18. There will be four Aussies racing in a massive field of almost 70 TaG Cadets - Broc Feeney (Praga), Jack Doohan (Intrepid), Lochie Hughes (Praga) and James Howe (Kosmic). A preview and entry list for the TaG Cadet class is on the ekartingnews website HERE. Previews for the other eight classes will be added to the site in the cominbg days.

  • The AKA is looking at engine options for the future of the Clubman and National classes. The AKA is about to move to a Governance management model. Should major decisions affecting the sport, such as the engine(s) used in Australian karting's most popular classes, be held off until the new management structure is in place?   • The Canberra track will be closed to karts all day this Sunday, November 11, as the club is conducting a working bee to complete further track works. A sausage sizzle will be held for CKRC working bee volunteers.
