Rotax World Final - Aussie News

  30 November 2012

After qualifying pole, Pierce Lehane reckoned he had more speed than his lap time suggested. After the opening two heats, he has a perfect score, claiming two victories by over 2s each.

It was a mixed day in Portugal for the Australians. Despite Lehane's brilliant run, plus some strong performances by James Golding, Kyle Ensbey and Hamish Leighton, a few of our stars have struggled in at least one of their qualifying heats and are searching to find the extra tenths they need to challenge.

A report about Thursday activities for the Aussies, plus a video interview with Lehane, results and timetable, is on the AKA site HERE.
