KartForce Put $1000 On The Table For Enduro Winner

  30 November 2012

UPDATE: 3 December 2012 - this event has now been cancelled :(

Kip Foster's KartForce has put $1000 cash on the line for the winner in the Senior Open class for the Wall-e Enduro at Todd Road.

"This is one of the best events I've ever raced" Foster told KartSportNews.

"It's so unique - it's all about keeping the tyres in great shape. It's interesting to watch some of the older and more experienced drivers come back past the younger drivers as tyres go away."

Foster will attend the event but wont be driving. Instead, he will be Team Manager for the WA combo of Adam Levi and James Allen. They will be running an X30 on an FA chassis, using MG Red tyres. Kip reckons keeping things simple and using proven equipment will be key.

"The Reds will be The Go; the Yellows wont last" he advised. "And the Rotaxes and Leopards will do pretty well. Some of the other engines that can be used in this race aren't designed to do this style of racing."

One of the drawcard combinations for the event will be Wall himself teamed with Queenslander Chris Hays. This star pairing will run a Rotax powered Arrow - but have yet to confirm what tyre.

"Matt has informed me that Lee Mitchener, Adam Lindstrom, Trav Kodric, the Pringle boys, Jordie Ford, Rintoul, Golding and Randle have all told him they're in" Foster added.

Race date is Saturday, December 8. Supp regs are on the Race Calendar page HERE.
