Donald took out another dominant race and round win in 2015 taking pole position and taking out all four races wins taking his season tally to 6 round wins across three different series. Jackson Rice one of the up and coming young guns of the Junior ranks took another consistent top ten coming home in position seven in the final and continues to show Jackson is a kid on the rise in 2015.

Team owner Dylan McLellan was wrapped with another win by Donald this season. “Cody has been nothing short of sensational this year! To be fighting for three different titles and a second consecutive Victorian State Championship is more than we could of hoped for”.

Fletcher Harris took his first win in the Golden Power Series in 2015 by taking out the round win in a close final. Fletcher led from start to finish but a late charge from Nicholas Sacco set up a exciting win for the young driver! Round one winner Beau Harris didn’t have the weekend he was looking for but charged through to a top five finish in the final with Adam Campbell also coming inside the top ten in ninth position.

McLellan was suitably impressed with the maturity of young driver Fletcher Harris. “Fletch has come long way in 2015! After the heart break of the round one loss and debuting a new chassis in the power series Fletch showed huge pace and maturity for a young driver”.

Senior drivers Jack Coghill, Regan Clapham and new recruit Brett Jenkins all had strong results over the weekend. Coghill showed great race pace to take out the Pre Final! Coghill's weekend went sour though after being involved in a first corner incident being pushed back to 11th. Clapham had another consist weekend since moving to senior ranks coming home in the top ten in eighth position. Jenkins was the surprise packet of the senior ranks in a field of twenty drivers coming home with a podium finish in third.

“Brett has been a driver that I have always had a great relationship with and for him to join the team and have such a great result to start was fantastic!"

Junior National Light was again led by Gerry Westerveld in the DJM Race Engineering team! The 2014 series runner up battled for the lead with Zakkery Best and was able to come home in second place. Westerveld moves up to second in the championship with Ben Jennings, Jackson Rice and Nick Trebilcock coming home in 10th, 11th and 12th position.

The always consistent Westerveld continues to impress team owner McLellan. “Gerry is continuing to do a great job in 2015 being fast wherever he goes! Gerry is going to be in the hunt for the Golden Power Series again in 2015”. DJM Race Engineering’s next meeting will be this weekend at the final round of the Victorian State Series where Cody Donald will try to become a back to back State Champion in Junior National Heavy.
