Karting Australia has now published the list of 'approved oils' for 2016.

Additional oils may be Approved by KA from time to time.
An Australian supplier of “commercially available Motor Oil” that wishes to have an oil considered for Approval by KA must provide a sample of the oil to be considered for Approval along with the technical specifications of the oil and the MSDS for the oil so as to enable verification of compliance with the Rules to the:
National Technical Commissioner,
Karting Australia,
12 Macquarie Ave.,
PENRITH NSW 2751
Only after an oil has been added to the list of Approved Oils is it permitted to be used in KA Competition.
