Remo Luciani did some more KA3 (Clubman) testing on the Dunlop DFM tyre during the week, cutting 102 laps of the Todd Rd circuit on Australia Day.
Matt Wall also had a drive of the kart, and after observing it's behaviour from the side of the track, Remo decided to change from 25mm to 17mm stub axles.
"I then hopped in the kart myself and immediately improved. The kart with 17mm stubs is much easier to drive, less nervous in the steering and gave the rear more traction" Remo noted.
Above & Below: Remo used the same set of tyres he'd previously tested with at Geelong. These DFMs have now done 310 laps.

Above: By the end of the day, Remo's best rolling lap was 43.08, only a fraction off his theoretical best. This was using his Monaco Vegas chassis running at 172kg.
