Karting News Briefs

  31 March 2016
  • Australians Oscar Piastri (OK Junior, aboard FA/Vortex) and Marcos Flack (60 Mini, aboard CRG/TM) will both compete in the third and final round of the WSK Super Master Series at La Conca this weekend. Sunday's racing will be live streamed via the WSK website. Event timetable is HERE.

Additionally, NZ's Marcus Armstrong will race KZ with the Tony Kart team. "This track is the grippiest on the calendar and very challenging, physically" Armstrong said. "It was hard enough in KF, let alone KZ. Typically our Tony Karts work well on this track though and our test last week was positive so we'll see how the weekend unfolds."

After lots of practice, she started competing domestically in 2013 and contested events in Europe in 2014 and 2015. “It is now time for me to do maximum effort and learn a lot of things in karting,” said Shion. “I have started to practice KZ too and I really want to improve my driving skill and show my speed. This is a great opportunity for me.”
