from Stuart Lee 5 September 2016

The final round of the Andrew Walter Construction Tasmanian Statewide Series will be run and won this weekend at the Launceston Kart Club.

The coveted red plates for class winners in the series will also be handed out to those consistent drivers who have managed to hold off their rivals throughout the four rounds.

A number of the classes will go down to the final race on Sunday afternoon due to the closeness of the competition.

TaG restricted Light is one of these with Hobart’s Nicholas Walpole and Launceston’s Andrew Lee separated by only 2 points, and with 120 points up for grabs it will be a battle royal to see who comes out on top.
