Victorian Country Series Set For Massive 2017

press release 16 January 2017

The first VCS round for 2017 is at Ballarat Kart Club on Feb 4. The first round last year had a whopping 205 entries, and we're eager to see if we can achieve the same feat again this year.

In 2016 the VCS gave away over $30,000 in series trophies and prizes, and had 296 karters have a tilt in a VCS round; making for a mammoth year of karting.

Some karters love the level of competition, some love the tracks, some love the value, some love the company, some love the camping, some love the prizes, but most agree that the VCS is an extremely enjoyable series to be a part of.

In 2017 our fantastic band of series sponsors has swelled even further in size, and they are all helping us put on our best series yet.

This year we are happy to announce that Michael Yeo will be joining us as our commentator for 2017.

South Australia's finest karting commentator has a wealth of expert karting knowledge and we are looking forward to his exciting commentary this season.

Our standard of quality photography will be increased even further as we welcome Pace Images to the VCS as an official photographer. We cant wait to see what great shots come from this year's racing.

Some great offers for this year include

  • Kerbrider of the day prizes for Cadets, Juniors and Seniors at each round
  • A shiny new set of tyres will be ADDED to the great prize haul of every podium place finisher in the series
  • IAME Vouchers for all KA3 and KA4 classes podiums at end of series.
  • Random draw prizes at each round

RacelCultyure developed our new VCS website in 2016 - and will continue to make it even better in 2017. Have you added your karter profile yet at www.victoriancountryseries.com?
