Tulloch ended 2016 on a high with Patrizicorse, winning the Macau X30 Cup as well as a podium in the Rotax Pro Tour and AKC events in KA1. Tulloch will contest Senior MAX in Pro Tour and X30 in the AKC.

Hughes returns to Patrizicorse and Ricciardo Kart after a year away. Lochie will compete in KA2 in the AKC and Junior MAX in Pro Tour. He's also set to contest some international events in the OK categories.

Both drivers will utilise Ricciardo Kart chassis.

"To have these young well grounded mature drivers that have so much raw talent contest both championships we have in Australia gives me great confidence heading into this season" Patrizicorse owner Michael Patrizi said.

"Both drivers have also entered into driver management with us so hopefully we will be able to help them achieve their dreams."

Meanwhile, the team's KZ2 lineup for the Australian Kart Championship will include Troy Loeskow and Chris Hays.

However, the duo will not just be team drivers. Loeskow and Hays will also fill the joint role of Patrizicorse Team Captains.

"Their new role is a new initiative that we have introduced at Patrizicorse and as captains the younger drivers will have direct access to their wealth of experience and sheer talent in what they do. This year will be exciting to see these two work together again to reach their, and our, best potential."

Patrizicorse will also return to using TM Racing engines.

"Thanks to Mr Franco Drudi and TM Racing for their support entering the 2017 season" Patrizi continued.

"Patrizicorse would like to thank IAME and Remo Racing for their full support in 2015 and 2016. It was a fantastic year and half with great results together."
