Coming off a strong performance at the second stop of the 2013 Formula Kart Productions Florida Winter Tour (FWT), Texas-based pilot Parker Chase/Chase Racing will take on the finale rounds with a new chassis brand with a new team. Hoping the switch will match results with Chase's performance and positive attitude, the 12-year-old will be gunning for podium finishes at the Ocala Gran Prix facility in Ocala, Florida this coming weekend.

Joining forces with the potent Team PSL Karting aboard a championship-caliber CRG chassis, Chase Racing will make the switch to the karting powerhouse team for the final two rounds of the FWT Rotax schedule. With PSL's storied history and strong Rotax Mini Max program, Chase's new package may be just what he needs to propel to the top of the time sheets.
In his first FWT Rotax campaign, Chase has shown to be an up-and-coming force in the ultra-competitive and challenging Rotax Mini Max category. Though results have not shown his full potential, Chase continues to improve week in and week out, and always maintains a positive attitude. Able to battle his way through the pack in Homestead for rounds three and four after qualifying down the running order, Chase has the technical know-how and racing savvy to put his new PSL/CRG entry on top in Ocala.
Chase will take on the 0.6-mile Ocala facility this week for unofficial practice, leading up to Friday's double qualifying sessions. Saturday and Sunday will see the young gun take in two days of warm-up, prefinal and final action as he wraps up his 2013 FWT campaign.
