  • UPDATE: Pics from Pucka - Thursday activity at the Rotax Nationals on Cooper's Photography Facebook.

  • Six drivers in the Rotax Light category at this weekend’s Rotax Nationals in Puckapunyal have been crowned Australian Champion - but Victorian Daniel Rochford is not one of them. He's off to the Rotax World Finals in November, and wants to head to the USA as the current Australian champion. Full article on the AKA website HERE.

  • Speaking of the Rotax Nationals, follow the event over the full four days via the Pro Tour Facebook page. There are already updates happening from today's opening practice, such as the local TV crews turning up (below, NZ's Daniel Kinsman being interviewd).

  • Such is the success of the WA KZ2 series, the organisers are facing a problem for next year - too many entries! They're anticipating numbers will reach or exceed grid capacity, so are looking at splitting the series into two divisions for 2014; one for the 'pro' level drivers and one for the rest. There will also be an increase in the prize pool.

  • Rookies will be a feature class at Cooloola Coast Kart Club's September 22 meeting. There will also be a randomly drawn Yamaha J motor up for grabs:

  • While the Supp Regs have yet to be released, the general time table for the Race of Stars in Queensland next month has been distributed to the drivers who have been invited to compete.
