Kip To Crush Overseas Hoodoo

  15 October 2013

Multiple Australian Champion and one of Australia most enigmatic drivers, Kip Foster, has packed his bags for another tilt at glory overseas.

After some ‘limbering up’ at the WA State Titles in Esperance were he, team mate Adam Levi and son Scott nailed the trifecta in Leopard Light, he’ll fly to Lyon France for the IAME International X30 Final and then on to Las Vegas for the ‘Supernats’.

He has contested both events in the past, but has always been dogged by bad luck while leading. In last years IAME International Final he grabbed pole and was leading when carby issues ended his run.

"Running for a European team can be a real challenge" he told KartSportNews, "but I’ve learnt from the experience and will have another crack.”

Foster will be joining James and Matt Allen, who are based in France with the DR team. James was a young charger under the KartForce banner and has been pursuing his dream in the European Formula BMW championship with great success.  With his European experience, James is a big chance to take out the X30 Senior category for Australia.

Kip plans to keep KartSportNews informed of his progress.
