Rotax stuff and more...

  • The controversial chicane kerbs at NOLA have been ground down for the Rotax World Final this week in the hope there will be less air-time and chassis damage from drivers jumping them. But if the photos on the ekartingnews event preview are accurate, there are now tyre bundles on the apex to catch anyone taking a short cut! That won't be healthy for anyone who gets it wrong - surely they will be removed? Click HERE for the pics and more.

  • Lenzo Kart Australia has announced MG Engines and Cian Fothergill Karting as the distributors and ambassadors for Lenzo and Luxor kart in Queensland.

  • The AIDKA annual general meeting will be held this Friday evening (Nov 15) in Adelaide. The AGM will be followed by the AIDKA Council Meeting.

  • Former F1 race winner Giancarlo Fisichella has got his son, Christopher, into karting. Here, Fisi senior is with Albino Parolin and Fisi junior at a wet Jesolo circuit in Italy.
