  • Gold Coast karter Jackson Evans will contest this year's NZ ProKart Series. The 17-year old will team up with Daniel Bray from GP Karts in the KZ2 class. Full story on KartsportNZ HERE.

  • A quick notice to all IKD Race Department customers: the shop will be closed this Saturday 25th January due to Rotax Pro Tour commitments. It will be open again on Tuesday 27th after the Australia Day public holiday.

  • The Master Karting spare parts van & trailer will be at The Go Kart Club of Victoria from Thursday afternoon (tomorrow) till Sunday for The Rotax Pro Tour.

  • Rumour Mill, courtesy of Kart360: there is talk of a kart track being built at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas.

  • Following the recent passing of the KartSport Wellington Vice President and Works Manager Phillip Davy, the club has established the Phillip Davy Memorial Trust. The Trust is to provide assistance to Phillip's wife Vicki and their three children. Further details and contribution information HERE.

  • Nicole Ziedan admits that she’s making the men a bit cranky when she races at the Combined Districts Kart Club in Lithgow – but only because she’s showing them up. More on the Hawkesbury Gazette website HERE.

  • Sodi Kart will give priority to their efforts in the Rotax classes in 2014. The French manufacturer announced that Anthony Abbasse and Henry Easthope will defend the Sodi colors in international DD2 competition, while Vincent Fraïsse will compete in Rotax Senior. Abbasse will also participate to the European and World KZ Championships.
