Third Time Lucky For NSWSKC?

It’s fair to say for the past two months that the weather Gods havn’t been kind to Speedway Racing in the Sydney region; however, the New South Wales Speedway Kart Club is hoping that succession of bad luck changes this weekend. Just a handful of events were completed at the last round in March before the heavens opened and left the club with a second washout in a row.

This weekend Steve Pacchiarotta has jumped on board to be the major sponsor with Statewide Forklifts. Statewide Forklifts provide forklift rentals all around Australia with around 250 units and a fleet continues to grow. They provide all companies with new and used forklifts, fleet management, warehouse forklifts, forklift attachments, telescopic forklifts, all terrain buggies, even onsite mobile repairs plus much much more. The Pacchiarotta name has been around the Speedway scene now for many years and this year they join the NSWSKC this year with young Zac racing in Junior National Pro.

Round Three “The Masters” will see three rounds of heats before a final. Trophies will be based on points so drivers will be looking to stay consistent throughout the day whilst trying to pick up race wins.

Many drivers are getting itchy to finally go racing for a full day. Still we await to see who will come out of the blocks strong and kick start their year with a round win.

For just $5 you can see some of the best Dirt Kart Speedway Racing in Australia on Sunday (April 6) with a large crop of drivers set to compete.  Racing on Sunday will get underway at 10am whilst all canteen facilities will be open. You will find Nepean Raceway on Rickards Road, Castlereagh.

Also a reminder that the clubs very first meeting at Kurri Kurri Speedway is coming up on May 4th. This is a momentous moment for the club and we hope all racers and fans can come out and support this fabulous event.
