"ACR Ltd and Andy Cox will continue to be the Sole UK Importers of Easykarts and the technical management of Easykart UK" the group said in a statement.  IAME will continue as the official engine partner. "Easykart is an entry level formula and low cost. It’s designed to be simplistic and is aimed to give customer value." The full statement can be found HERE.

  • There were a couple of big street races for karts over the past couple of weekends; the Modesto Grand Prix in the USA and Le Monaco de Trois-Rivieres in Canada. Serious accidents blighted both events. ekartingnews' article "Respecting the Streets…and the Sport", published on the Friday prior to the Modesto event, is a poignant read. Kart360's wrap of the Modesto GP is HERE with local press about the success (or otherwise...) of the event HERE. Some photos are HERE (Facebook). Sadly, American racer Ayrton Climo remains in an induced coma after crashing in practice at the Canadian meeting. Photos from Trois-Rivieres on canadiankartingnews HERE. Sunday race wrap HERE.
